The initial release of the single (XLS-26CD) was withdrawn after a while and replaced with XLS-26CD2 which lacks the track 'Rip up the Sound System'. This due to British regulations on singles and chart entering. Rip up is still available on the 12" release of the single

Everybody in the Place peaked at the no. 2 spot on the UK charts only beaten by the re-release of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody.
